Over last few months, JALTAP is receiving inquiries about recruitment of Japanese skilled talent from Japanese Companies coming to India, Japanese Companies in Japan, HR Agencies etc. The Japanese Companies are from various fields such as Automobile, Mechanical, Optical Cable Manufacturing, automobile Ancillaries, Electrical, Electronics Engineering etc.

As you must be aware, the needs of Japanese Companies vary depending on various factors.These companies are looking for Indian talent with basic educational qualifications such as B.A.,B.Com.,B.Sc.,B.E., M.B.A., Diploma in Engineering etc.They expect Japanese Language Proficiency Level of N1 or N2. However, student having N3 and preparing for N2 may also be considered.
